Based on a team captain's vote, the run competition scoring of the Luck of the Irish race will be dropped due to the finish time problems. While we could estimate the times, some might be more predictable than others. The calculation program ranks the ratio times to nine decimal places meaning a slight "error" could easily change the runner's position. We will still have 13 races to determine final standings which has been the norm the past few years.
Since we did have cards turned in, we know who ran and have included this count in the participation scoring.
The next race is the Freedom Run 6K in Chickasaw on May 19 at 8:00 AM.
