Cold? Was it cold yesterday? Did you guys drive north to another state to run? Me? I ran 11 miles yesterday but I rode 15 miles first so it was shorts weather by the time I laced up my running shoes. OK, I did wear long sleeves and lightweight gloves but no hat. I found it to be absolutely beautiful. I did stop for water but I didn't really feel like I had to. . . and I didn't drop 5 lbs. either. One of maybe 10 days all year I can say that about running down here.
My baby, on the other hand, she ran 10 miles yesterday. I predict she's going to impress in her half-marathon debut at the Donald half-marathon in Orlando next month. :)
