Patricia, I apologize that we don't have our local training runs on the site. We pulled them because they were outdated. We have since updated them and they appear in our Paceletter. We'll see if we can get them back up on the site. There's a group of runners in their 50's that run on Sat at 7:30 AM (might get earlier as the temps rise) up at "Stewartfield" antebellum Home on Springhill College.
There are different groups that run on Tues & Thurs all over the area. They all are reading this so I'll let them join in. On the Eastern Shore there are all ages running out of Daphne (Thurs)and Fairhope (Tues) 6pm/6:30 (earlier when it cools off) Welcome to town.
