Thanks for responding. Regarding your first post, it just goes to support my original statement that "tone" frequently does not come across in the written word. I can see how people would have taken your original post as being critical or harsh, even though you didn't mean it that way. I'm sure our core group of volunteers is glad to know there's another volunteer out there looking to get involved and help out.
