If there is a curb, you turn the wheel towards the curb in the downhill direction. If there is no curb, you turn the wheel so that the vehicle will meander off the road in the downhill direction until something stops it. Is that confusingly simple enough?

PS and Leif is right, there is no delivery today, so you can block your mailbox all you want. Tomorrow though, due to the holiday, we won't have time to deliver to blocked boxes so "MOVE IT".
