To enlighten you on me I offer:
I am in the 8:50 to 9:00 minute mile range for 5 and 10K's..
I have done one 1/2 marathon and one full marathon..My mind frame in both of those was finish and lets see if you want to persue the next step..
Well I just celebrated my third year in this endeavor and I still want more..Even after my proudest accomplishment which was having Sharon join me in these races.
All I need now is for you to write my boss, excusing me from work on any racing function that I see fit. lol.. Because I am currently getting the ol' raised eye brow when I dare to say that I have a life other than my work.
