Pat I respect your opinion, but this is not only my opinion, but a
fact that Mobile Bay Watch, and CCA, and others have shown. The Bay
was rapidly going down, back when you and I, were in our early 20's.
Just look at how long all the sewage was being dumped, and still is,
but not to the degree that it was before. More citizens have become
involved, and there is a greater concern than ever before.
