So we have heard several theories about the runners high.

I wonder if it comes down, to the idea, we got to have a fix?

Some of our significant others, who don't run, have all agreed
on one thing. When we cannot run due to illness, or other circumstances
that keep us from running, we are not pleasant to be around.

When I am in decent shape, and not just racing shape, but can
run comfortably for a certain distance. I find it enjoyable, and
more so, if the weather is conducive. So it boils down to the fact,
I run to control my weight, and the satisfaction I get after a good
run. Hmm, maybe because the endorphins is what I am really feeling??

One thing is for sure, if it isn't fun, than why run at all.
