I want to add that this was my first Joe Cain race experience and I had a great time! You weren't kidding...the couse was fast, flat and UGLY! The post race party was great with excellent food and wonderful door prizes. I went to the former Russell School which is located on the corner of Broad and Augusta Streets. While at the party, it was kind of neat for me to see how the building and school yard had changed in the many years since I was an elementary school student there...
The volunteers were friendly and very helpful. I think you can be proud of the turnout and the job you and all others involved did. I will certainly make plans to do the Joe Cain race again next year (and hope that the weather will be as nice as it was this year)!
