I think we have hit on the problem! I got more info from Bill last night and he said that was exactly the issue, needing a liquor license/beer permit/alcohol stamp of approval. Whatever you call it, I guess that was the problem.
Bill is going to buy it from Wal Mart.

BOMB update!
I just spoke to Mamie (Queen of Dauphin Island/Fearless leader) and she said registrations were over 200!...and that didn't include everyone from Active.com or from Uncle Joe's walk in registration!
That is already higher than last year by a few dozen!
