Thanks for your counsel. I completely agree with you; unfortunately, I only found out about the race after the planners -- whoever they are -- had done the planning. It's being held in a community of non-runners, so we can hope that the novelty of a race t-shirt will lure some extra folks out (silly as that sounds) to help this great cause.
Good idea, though, for future benefits!
