Jon, Bryan's a good guy and a good runner. He was at USA my first year there and ran at McGill. I think he married Hank Lee's sister Rea, if I'm not mistaken, but, talk about running into him... I was back packing with my son Ross in North Alabama last year, and I was in the parking lot at Mt. Cheeha at 6 in the morning, getting water for the hike, and who else happens to be there? Bryan Chandler, getting ready for a several day trip.
Oddly enough, I was there again with a Boy Scout Troop a few months later and I run into Greg Sweeney- runner, golfer tennis player- back packing with some friends. What are the odds of that?
