One thing you might consider is the right socks.Personally speaking,I used to have "rubbing" issues until I found the right socks for me. NB 767's are a nice shoe:have been wearing this line back since the 763. Joe at McCoys knows his shoes and I trust his knowledge.If this was a recent purchase he normally exchanges or replaces if you have a problem.
