Kerry, now that you've had a chance to vent, would it be possible to get you or one of the other race committee members to respond to Mr. Wild's accusation that the race refused to award prize money in the Women's Masters Division because none of the invited masters runners attended?
My experience with the board and the committee is that it's made up of honorable people and I would have thought that, if the race flyer stated there was prize money for the masters women, that money would have been awarded, regaradless of who entered and who didn't.
I don't want to throw gas on a fire but, on the other hand, you have different fingers . . . wait, that's a diferent quote . . . on the other hand, I (and presumably many forum readers) would like to hear the perspective of the race committe on this issue.
