A contract? Our runners run on our team because they want to. That's all it really takes to be a Bomber. It's a desire to run on a regular basis for whatever reason with like minded people. Some of us concentrate on speed more than others but we all just want to connect with other runners and possibly learn from each other. If a runner wants to be faster we can definitely do that for them but it is not a required desire. In any case, I'm not aware of anyone in our loosely organized organization offering incentives for runners to breach contracts with other teams. Could your organization be lacking something to make someone breach their contract?
