Well . . . the reason I was asking was to maybe chase you guys at your qualifier; especially if it's something near here (like 1st Light or maybe the Mercedes Marathon in B'ham). I doubt I'd go to Boston, even if I did qualify, but I'd like to prove to myself that I am physically able to qualify. That was one (of two) reasons for my first (and only) marathon. Since I didn't get my qualifing time then, that's still an unaccomplished goal for me. Now that orthodics seem to have solved the bulk of my running problems, I'm thinking about giving the marathon another try next winter. I won't be able to run the 1st light though, unless it's in mid-January like this year. I already have other plans for the Holiday Season.
