Did I mention that I derailed my chain three times when downshifting from the large chainring to small chainring? Once at the base of the biggest hill, resulting in my starting that big climb essentially from a dead stop? Did I mention that I practically quit using the front derailluer (on a hilly course that requires a front derailleur) so as to avoid any more shifting derailments?
