I cannot express how much yoga has improved my overall well being. Yoga is great to add EVERYONE's running/cycling routine. I cannot say that yoga has made me a faster runner, but it has certainly helped with breathing and allowed me to recover a lot faster from my long runs.
I recommend Nadia's classes at Springhill Athletic Club. Nadia teaches on Monday at 10:30am and Friday at 5:45am and 10:30am. Try to incorporate stretching and relaxation into your everyday routine and hit a few classes a week and you'll see results.
