I had to make the response to the waiver, initially. Can't just let it go by. People sue for everything these days. You see in the paper today where the police woman slipped in a puddle of water while responding to a drowning, after a kid fell into a pool (the boy is brain damaged and his motor functions are nearly gone) and is suing the family for negligence. (Victor-did I spell that rt?)

As to Mo's mathmatical equation of temps vs slower time, I also heard that for those who trained in relative cooler temps, those runners have a hard time "stomaching" the amount of fluids you need to take in to prevent dehydration at those high Chicago temps. I guess there's a plus up for training in Mobile in the summertime. I've never had a problem stopping for fluids, beverages, beverages where there is a football game on TV, ...

Mo, sign your waiver with first, middle and last name.
