In ragard to the relay entry, you can register the day before the race at the expo. There will be a seperate booth specifically for relays. I'll be there to sign you in.
In regard to the bars, the best advice I can give you is to use the time tested trial and error method(with a disignated driver of course.) I'm not sure you'd want to go to a bar that a Pacer recommends. Something along the lines of WC Fields not wanting to join a club that would accept someone like him. LODA (Lower Dauphin) is right at the finish line and has a good number of bars. The BAR or Hashers would probably have much better recommendations than I for drinking establishments.
I have more recent experience with salad bars. And there, Ruby Tuesday's is good.
