Having been a race director a few times and having been involved with several charities, I can say that the best way for the race to be revived is to volunteer to run it. It isn't as hard as you might think and PCP do the majority of the work anyway. I am sure St. Judes would be happy for that sort of support (to say nothing of what St. Jude herself will think)
I volunteer to do the tshirts if you run with this.
