The race starts and finishes at the small bayside park at Mullet Point. It is just past where Co Rd 1 goes south from Scenic 98.
The course follows Co Rd 1 to the parking lot at the boat ramp at the end of the road and this is between 5 and 6 miles. Turn around and head back. Turn right at the first County Rd and go to the bridge and turn around. This is between 7 and 8 miles. Continue back to County Rd 1 and turn right. Go back to the park.
It is usually the 2nd Saturday in December and it is usually windy and cold. There is water on the course at 5 or 6 places (some in the same place but you pass them twice or three times). There is also an 8K.
