We use Copeland's for our three canine "children" as well. I'm quite confident that Copeland's does an excellent job taking care of them. We've been there enough that the employees know our dogs by sight and by name and the dogs act so happy when they get there, like they're getting to spend a week at "camp" and are also happy when we pick them up; another sign that they have been treated well and enjoyed their stay.
