You want another shot at me? Put on your big boy pants and meet me at the Sandestin Tri on August 27th. I'm registered for than one and also for the SRI TRI on Sept. 24th but I hope to be a recovering half-Ironman at SRI TRI as it is a week after my Half-IM in WA.
I MIGHT do Navarre Beach on August 21st but I kind of doubt it. Don't want to spend too much time doing speed with a half-IM goal in front of me. Endurance flavored with a little tempo work is what I need for the rest of the summer.
