The Heart of Champions 5K is Oct. 1, in Bay Minette beginning @ 8AM with a 1 mile fun run @ 9AM benefiting the North Baldwin United Way. The awards and door prizes are plentiful; participates will be treated to hot Domino's pizza, fruit, snacks, and beverages.
Registration will take place @ the Bay Minette Kids Park off McMillan Ave. the morning of the race. Registration forms are available @ McCoys and the YMCA in Daphne. You can preregistrer up until the 29 of September @ the Wellness Cnt. in Bay Minette.
The 5k course is totally flat and USATF certified AL 05029JD.
