The Fifth Annual Saraland Harvest Festival 8K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run is Saturday, October 15 at 8:00 a.m. There was an article printed in Thursday's edition of the Suburban and Points North in Mobile Press Register that mentioned that the race starts at 8:30 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: IT STARTS AT 8:00 A.M. I have contacted the reporter and she will send something to the editor so that he can print up a little correction in the paper. You can still register online or pick up an application at area YMCAs or at McCoys. Day of Race Registration will be at Amelia Park from 6:30 to 7:35 a.m. There will be plenty of awards, door prizes, Godfather's Pizzas, fruit, water and colas for the post-race.
