but not the girlie sissy type. We need tough as nails type women like Lynn, Rhonda and Andra. We need at least 3 more women to make up a mixed(coed) team for the Blue Ridge Relay. The reason we say no sissy girlie types is that within around 24 hrs. you must run 3 legs of the race (around 8 hrs. rest between them) totaling about 17 miles. You will have at least one leg in the dark since it is an around the clock relay. The terrain would likely be paved but it could be gravel and likely hilly (There are mountains up there!). You will carry water, gel, etc. for yourself and pepper spray for others. This is not a vacation. It is a challenge! Check it out and join us. E-mail me ASAP!
