If you plan to be out at the race supporting your favorite runner, why not take it one step further an become a volunteer? You can provide your loved one with needed fluids along the course, get them registered, greet them at the finish line, etc.

If your plans do not already have you out there, why not consider taking advantage of the great weather and becoming part of the action? Volunteering can be lots of fun.

If you are running and have responsible children, why not bring them along with you to take part in your event and have them help out at a water station... perhaps they will even catch the running fever.

Best of all, as a volunteer you will get your own free race t-shirt and entry to the post race party!!

Please email me at: jennifer.mcclurg@gmail.com by Wednesday evening if you would like to help out at the race this weekend.

Thanks!
Jen
