Ok...I know this is a road racing forum but many of you may have kids that might have an interest in throwing the javelin in high school...this clinic is open for anyone.
Javelin Clinic
Date: Saturday, December 3, 2005
Time: 10 AM – Approximately Noon
Cost: $15, Cash or check; please make checks payable to Justin Cummins.
Site: St. Paul’s Track & Field Facility
* Justin Cummins is a former NCAA National qualifier in the Javelin and is a currently the field events coach for the University of South Alabama. This clinic will over technique, drills, training, & strength training.
