First, big kudos and thanks to Leon for getting the new, improved BOMB course up and worth running. It looks so much flatter and faster than last year, no?
Second, when Leif said something about Victor "chugging" into the exchange area...did he mean like a little steam engine or like downing a beer rapidly?
Third, I run with these men. There are no beer bellies anywhere, (except on Victor). You can bounce quarters off Tim and Bill's abs, and Rich can fire quarters through 1/4 inch metal with his abs.(..the trick it to put the quarter in the navel). And I am allowed to say this because I am the only female on the team with a beer belly, without actually being a beer drinker. I also have a beer a$$...go figure.
Fourth, there is no fourth, this is a metric list.
In summary: BOMB ready to rock, BBB solid as a rock.
