Pat and all, thanks for the many well wishes. I had my surgery last Friday and have been house bound since. I return to the doctor today for my first check, removal of bandages and stitches, and release to drive I hope. Therapy will probably be mentioned as I am walking around gingerly. It will be at least 3 weeks before a jog and could be longer. I plan to follow the doctor's orders and try to do it right the first time!. I hope to see you on the roads soon. I miss the races and the running community.
