Personally, I want a time that begins with a 38, not a 39. Think you can pull me to a sub 39? My pace for the 5.6 mile run leg at the Hot-to-Trot Reverse Du last Saturday would have brought me in at 40:12 for 10k. I think I'm ready for a sub 39 . . .

And hey, don't forget to AGE GRADE yourself so you'll know what your time would be if you were 24 instead of 42, and then just add back in however many seconds are in twenty years...... 8 )
