Victor: Negativity is not usually your style and all of the stuff that you mentioned was indeed a big problem. I agree that if we work with those organizations again that the two events cannot be at the same time (5ks should be earlier, not later), the water needs to be better organized and the awards ceremony for the 5K should be day of, instead of some later date. The t-shirt option is also a good idea to recommend to them (or order more shirts...)
