Great job race directors and volunteers!! The weather turned out perfect this year, and it sounds like there were several PR's. I think Mobile has one of the best marathons around, with the grand tour of Mobile making it an exciting course. Having the finish line and after party in the park is awesome. You guys truly have a great race, wished the temps were more reliable every year. Can't handle the heat.
Well, I ran leg 4 on the Bomber Bunnie team and, yep, it was tough! The down hills are very short compared to the up hills, not much relief, but I also had 26 miles on my legs from a training race, so that could have been a factor. WE HAD A GREAT TIME!!! I was blessed to have been part of an awesome team. Thanks Rhonda, Jenny, Katie, and Andra. I also ran leg 5 to get more mileage in, and I think I like that leg better.
I will see some of you guys at the Mardi Gras mary.
Go get that BQ Barry Tucker!
