this is a great event because you get to participate in a short but sweet competition and spectate in potentially 3 other races. I really enjoyed watching the women's race last year. There were some impressive times turned in. I think that a lot of people surprised themselves. Everyone had a good time. This was a lot of fun last year and I'm sure that it will be bigger and better this year. The shirts are real neat. They glow in the dark which can lead to some fun times too. In additition, you will get to see where the Bombers do most of their hard training. Then you will come to realize that we are not a naturally elite group of runners, just regular folks that have conditioned ourselves into finely tuned running machines.

PS Jon if there are 3 or 4 races could the Masters men go first because we're used to an earlier bed time and our performances will decline rapidly as the hours pass.
