The decision to cancel was wise, I thought. I had checked the forum here but apparently not late enough before driving, but the closer I got the race site the more convinced I was it would be a miserable experience for the volunteers particularly if it went on. When I saw the lovely volunteers telling people it was canceled, I really appreciated it!
