Don't sugar coat it: FBM can take it! He wasn't selected because he was slumped down in the holding pen LIKE THE SHIFTY-EYED BAG MAN for some underground operation.
I, on the other hand, received a pass during jury selection in the not-too-distant-past because it was more than apparent that I possess the intelligence to decern the truth from the half-truths and misdirections; the compassion to consider mitigating factors to the extent allowable by law in rendering a verdict; and killer posture (both sitting and standing).
Plus, I have a closing kick, while FBM has none. And neither, it seems, is helpful in getting one selected for jury duty.
