Hello everyone. Im a 28yr old male..About 30-40lbs over weight.. I have been jogging for the past week and a half and have a few questions. First Im jogging in a rural area, on pavement with about two steep hills. I have worked myself up to jogging a complete 2 miles.. I am averaging around 10 minutes a mile..Is this in the normal range...When I was in school i could run a mile in 6:30... That was my best time ever. Let me know what yall think and what I should be doing at this stage in my attempt to lose some weight and become a strong runner again. Thanks alot
