Group Runs/Races in the Mobile area

Hello. I received the info on this group from my friend Jen, who runs in the same group as me in Jacksonville, FL. She told me that when she was working there last year that this was a very helpful group. I will be in the area Friday June 26-Sun June 28 and was interested in finding out if there are any races or possibly even triathlons that weekend. If not, I was interested in finding out if there are weekend group runs and, if so, times and locations. I am not very familiar with the area and will be staying on Dauphin Island which I hear is fairly remote. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
