Oops...yeah, you know the "0" button is right next to the "9" button and obviously I missed. I was barfing for three miles, 17-20...not 29.
Although, if you count the time I was ill back in the hotel, it does add up to 29 miles later.

Memphis marathon, I thought I had eaten too much, although I ate what I always eat, pack of oatmeal, protein bar and then sipping on powerade up til the race start.

Edinburgh, tried a little less, and ate earlier. The worst part is that the first part of the race was stellar, right on pace. It is the suddeness and urgency of the pain. I have to double over. I have had little craps and twinges in the past, but nothing like this.

I think the real problem is much more sinister: I have been training alone. I need to get my butt back to BBB loop.
