On the 105.5 PCPacers spot earlier this week, the sports dude talked to a woman about a 5k on Dauphin Island this weekend to benefit a cerebal palsy organization, however the race name was never mentioned. I thought it must be the BOMB until I saw that it isn't this wkend.
Anyone know about this race? Guess it's the same course as Hurricane and or BOMB? Not that it matters.
Say: Who remembers the brilliant-minded Pacer who created the BOMB??
And for that matter, who else remembers when the Hurricane Run used to start on the back street, near the water tower and traveled west for approximately half the distance and then returned east, on the main road, straight into the scalding rising sun?? Good times.......good times.
Any thoughts? Questions? Input/Output?
