It appears that the results are now final as it no longer says "unofficial" on the FLM website. I honestly feel that a wrong that has been done and to me it is a travesty of justice. That being said, without chips and timing mat checkpoints there is no way other than word of mouth to prove anything. I know that Mr. Joseph was never ahead of Jon Bowie or even within 10 minutes behind him at miles 5, 10, 15, or 20. Justin Parker also ran with Jon Bowie from mile 22 to the finish. In that span they were passed by one person, a female relay runner. While it is clear from the picture that Mr. Joseph crossed the finish line, I can attest that he did not run the full marathon course.
