that Wayne Joseph did the whole marathon. It would help if there was at least a chip mat at the 13.1 mark on the course. Another option would be to have a photographer at that point.
It really stinks for Larry Wayne. I had hoped to break Larry's record so I'm not happy with this outcome. However, Larry actually and legitimately held the record so it's particularly sad for him.
