I would never in my wildest dreams disobey ATR Race Director and PCP All Purpose Glue, Professor P. Olive, even though I WAS going to keep my trap shut this (and only "this" time):
Let the record reflect that the USPS's finest, Mr. Birch, Victor Birch, could not in good conscience trust his own governmental agency to deliver his Holiday 1/2 entry within the time constraints which were herein both sweated by me, and subsequently mocked by race director and fashion coordinator, Mr. Bowie.
I think Mr. Birch's action speaks for itself: If it needs to be there by a deadline, best you just take it your dang self. Of course if you're anywhere near the main, downtown post office--as I was--apparently your letter will be delivered in a matter of mere hours.
