I have not measured this course but I am familiar with other courses we have run on these trails so I will answer until some one with more official can reply. You cannot assume anything. There are sections of the trail that are hard packed and sections that are soft sand. There are roots and branches. It is not a smooth course but they usually pick up branches and loose rocks. There are also sections on turf. There may be short sections on asphalt (crossing a road) but past courses stayed off the road. Someone who knows the specific course can give you details later if they have not already emailed you directly.
