Uuuhhhmmm . . . OK, I read that wrong. Saraland YMCA will need a few "How bad do we want it" meetings to consistantly field a team of 5 fast people. . . and I may need a whole new level of medical care to manage to make it to more races healthy. We have five really fast people but many of us seem to keep choosing tri's over runs. I can't imagine why . . . ;)
