Currently I do not send out any notification of renewal or new membership received. You do start getting your newsletter, however. What do I actually do?
1) Pick up process membership forms weekly, ie enter them into the big list
2) Send out renewal letters to people who have expired memberships
3) Send the updated list to the newsletter mailer monthly
4) Send the updated list to RRCA quarterly
5) Sadly remove people from the list when they don't respond to the letters
6) Report statistics concerning membership to the board monthly
If anyone feels that I should do more, please make suggestions to the board. I am trying to serve the club in a timely and accurate manner.
