Actually Victor, you've got that scenario backwards. We "Hand out jerseys" to different runners and then help them obtain that "Top 5 finish".....as far as "training together" goes, well that's exactly "how" we get such a high ratio into that top 5....pushing and supporting each other.(as well as anyone else that cares to train with us)
As far as the division I mentioned.....sorry, that should have read "Male Runner".....in "whatever" division you guys have entered.
