Speaking of Richie Rich,

I still miss him and his shenanigans. He hared one of the best Hash runs I've ever been on--it would take an hour to describe everything he had planned out: from going thru the Covention Center train tunnel to going up the high rise business where he worked downtown to find a clue to look out the window at him waving to us from the ground many floors below; to gathering at a particular spot at the downtown fire station where the firemen dumped water on us from above; to having the Murphy cheerleaders cheering us to, "On On!" to who can remember what else. Most excellent!

The best memory, however, is one year when a bunch of us grouped up to go over to the CCC in N.O. What with the requist partying afterwards, we finally ended up at the Cafe Du Monde where he eventually passed out and became the center piece of the table. That didn't stop the rest of us from passing around and chowing down on the beignets. He later got kicked out of a N.O. taxi cab, for heaven knows what, and next day could not figure out why he had powdered sugar in his left ear. If memory serves, that was the same year he and Joey went out for a next day run and Joey got bit by a dog on the levy. The strange part is the dog was chained and he only got chomped on because he ran through its perimeter. Crazy days, those.

Ok,

Mo
