Athena, you are absolutely correct. Feed back is good. As a volunteer, it's difficult to have critism come your way because you are trying so hard and it's your personal time and you'd like others to pitch in and see what everyone's doing to put on a great race.
Being from a retail background, the thought process there, is to listen, seek a solution, and take care of the problem. We can always do better at this.
My big issue (and I'm not directing this in your direction)is how things come to the ATR Committee & PCP's attention. Airing one's complaint, pet peeve, etc. should be made in writing or by phone. Using the forum puts the board in defensive mode. We have the urge to try to clear up any mis-conceptions because this is in the public arena. You know, people in Bangor, Maine can tap into this thing and you want to have your best foot forward. We'll our best to listen.
